From the Grand Junction Police Department:
On March 20, 2025, at approximately 4:40 p.m., officers with the Grand Junction Police Department responded to Maverick, located at 2696 Highway 50, for a male with outstanding warrants. While the male, identified as Cody Bosch, age 29, was being contacted on outstanding warrants, he attempted to flee on foot. A GJPD officer deployed her taser and Bosch was placed in custody.
While officers placed Bosch into custody, Roseanna Bosch, age 62, threw a drink at officers and then fled in her vehicle. While officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop, Roseanna reversed into a police vehicle. After resisting arrest, officers successfully took Roseanna into custody without further incident.

Cody Bosch was arrested and remanded to the Mesa County Detention Facility on his outstanding warrants and other related charges.

Roseanna Bosch was arrested and remanded to the Mesa County Detention Facility on the following charges:
- Vehicular Eluding
- Resisting Arrest
- Obstruction of a Police Officer
- Aggravated Driving with a Revoked License
- Reckless Driving
Both Cody and Roseanna sustained minor injuries and no officers were injured during the incident. It is unknown if either party was intoxicated. This is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no further information at this time.
