Two vehicle accident with rollover near Highway 6&50 and 24 1/2 Road. Toyota Tacoma vs a silver SUV. At least two occupants are unconscious and pinned in a vehicle. Eastbound lanes of Highway 6&50 are closed. Two people have been transported to St Mary’s Hospital in life-threatening condition.

On April 19, 2025, at approximately 10:05 a.m., officers with the Grand Junction Police Department responded to the area of 24 ยฝ Road and Highway 6 and 50 for a two-vehicle crash. The Grand Junction Fire Department transported two patients to the hospital with life threatening injuries and one patient with minor injuries. Alcohol is being looked at as a factor. This is an ongoing investigation and there is no further information at this time.
