Report of an adult male that was refusing to leave the front of the property that then exposed his genitals to the caller. Was loitering at the grass area out front. White male, early 40s, last seen carrying a pink bag walking east on Riverside Parkway. Male suspect was located by police behind the CoorsTek building on the Riverfront Trail, who then resisted arrest. The suspect was taken into police custody. A police supervisor has been dispatched to the incident. An ambulance was dispatched for the suspect who was tasered by an officer.
