Police are in the area of North Ave & North 7th Street on a disturbance. Officers have a an erratic male suspect safely in custody. The incident started in the area of North 6th Street and North Avenue when the suspect threw a brick through a business window, and then kicked over and vandalized a pack of Lime scooters. The erratic behavior continued a full block to North 7th Street where officers swiftly put the male on the ground and arrested him.
