Report of a suspect starting dumpster fires in the area of North Avenue and North 16th Street. A 20-year-old male is carrying around a gas can and is starting fires. Police have located the suspect and are in contact with him in the Burger King parking lot. Fire crews are driving around the area checking for fires.
Update: Fire crews have not located any serious fires. Most appear to be random small piles of burnt trash.
