Police and brush crews are in the area of Los Colonias and the river attempting to locate a small brush fire. Officers were in the area of Santa Clara Avenue in Orchard Mesa attempting to spot a the exact location of the fire. Possibly started by fireworks. There is also a homeless camp nearby with a controlled fire that is likely unrelated. Police are using a drone to try to locate the fire for brush crews.
