Police and sheriff are out on a high risk traffic stop at Glenwood Avenue and North 17th Street. The driver was involved in a possible weapon violation in the area of Texas Avenue and Placer Drive. Police have the suspect detained and are investigating. The suspect was allegedly seen waving a firearm around on Placer Drive.
