Police are attempting to contact a barricaded suspect in the area of Kennedy Avenue and North 7th Street. The suspect was involved in a fight in the area of Belford Avenue and North 7th Street. Police have another suspect already in custody.
Update: Officers have left the area after speaking with several witnesses.
