Vehicle vs bicycle accident near the intersection of North Avenue and 29 Road. Rider is a 36-year-old female, conscious and breathing complaining of neck pain. Officers arriving on scene are reporting the rider is bleeding from her mouth and nose. Accident is blocking the southbound lanes of 29 Road.
The rider was transported to St Mary’s with moderate to serious injuries.
