Sheriff and EMS are out in the area of mile 58 on Highway 65 on a medical call. A 34-year-old male has an ankle and possible head injury after falling 10 – 15 feet from a boulder. Injuries appear moderate. Possible base-jumping related incident. Search and rescue has been dispatched to assist due to the steep angle required to move the patient.
