Police are in the area of Kennedy Avenue and North 25th Street for an assault / disturbance. A male suspect was in a fight with another male, and a female suspect threatened a male with a taser. Both the male and female suspects are detained. An ambulance was dispatched with a male victim with a cut on his face and possibly a broken nose.
