Police are out with a female suspect involved in a burglary after a short vehicle pursuit along the Canal Road north of Crossroads Blvd. The suspect was acting erratic, putting her hands up at a traffic stop before getting back into the vehicle and fleeing from police. The suspect then ditched her vehicle, charging at an officer on foot. Officers held the suspect at gun point until she was safely taken into custody. A large law enforcement response was seen in the area.
