Explosion from an apartment in the Double Tree Apartments in the area of N 13th Street and Patterson Rd. Possibly from unit 31. Reports to 911 stated callers heard multiple explosion, glass break, and smoke coming from the apartment unit. First responders to arrive stated they could tell there was an obvious explosion from the unit, and it appears intentional. The Red Cross was contacted for 2 people and 1 dog that were displaced by the fire.
