Police and EMS are on scene of a cardiac arrest on Texas Avenue east of 28 1/2 Road. An individual was reported laying down in a front yard surrounded by items. Unknown if the individual lives in the area or any other details at this time. Police are investigating.
Update: the Mesa County Coroner is now on scene. Police are gathering camera footage from the area.
