Disturbance in the area of the alley on North 20th Street and Kennedy Avenue. A male suspect was seen attempting to gain access to a residence through a window, with a female screaming from inside trying to keep the suspect out. Female was also seen running from the house at one point, then running back inside with the male suspect following her. Police have surrounded the home and are attempting to make contact with both individuals.
Update: Homeowner arriving on scene reports the male was authorized to be on the property and left prior to law enforcement arrival. Also claiming the daughter is the only one inside the home, unknown why she was not responding the law enforcement. Officers are still working through the incident, are in contact the male suspect, and also checking the home to verify no one inside is injured.
