A male suspect was acting out erratic behavior at both the Golden Gate gas station and the Peach Shack in Palisade. The male was attempting to shoplift merchandice before heading over to the Peach Shack. The suspects behavior was so erratic that the Palisade Police held the male at gunpoint until he was able to be safely detained. Mesa County Sheriff also responded to assist Palisade Police.
