Vehicle blocking train tracks at the crossing at 33 3/4 Rd. Vehicle spent about 15 minutes freeing itself from the tracks and is now eastbound on Front St. Police are in the area.
Police are now out with the vehicle blocking the tracks at 36 Rd & Front St. The vehicle is now off the tracks again and law enforcement is in contact with the driver.
