Emergency crews responded to the report of an overdose in a parking somewhere between the Dollar Tree and City Market areas. Patient is a male, unknown age, unresponsive and not breathing; located in a yellow Volkswagen. Responders administered Narcan and transported the patient to the hospital. Sheriff is on scene investigating.
