Sheriff and Glade Park Fire are responding to the upper Liberty Cap Trailhead for a medical call. Its reported that a 22-year-old male has a self inflicted gunshot wound in the parking lot area of the trailhead. A caller reported the male to be unconscious and not breathing. Sheriff deputies on scene have requested the Mesa County Coroner respond.
