Vehicle vs bicycle accident in the area of North Avenue and 28 1/2 Road. No injuries currently reported. A black Jeep Liberty struck a bicyclist, sending the rider up on to the hood of the vehicle. The rider then fled the area on the damaged bicycle. Police are on scene speaking with the driver of the vehicle.
