Single vehicle accident just west of 23 1/2 Road on H Road. A 30-year-old male is unconscious but is still breathing, possible medical issue. Vehicle is a gold Chevy Silverado. Responders arriving on scene report minor damage, but vehicle is crashed off the roadway.
