Police are out on a high risk traffic stop on Patterson Road near 24 1/2 Road. A vehicle was stopped by police and a female driver refused to get out of the car. The vehicle then continued on, ramming into another vehicle. An officer executed a pit maneuver and pinned the vehicle. The female suspect was taken into police custody.
Update: incident started as a hit-and-run accident at 24 Road, with the driver pulling into City Market. Victim of the hit-and-run stated the driver seemed intoxicated prior to the suspect leaving the scene, traveling eastbound on Patterson before police attempted a traffic stop.
An ambulance has been dispatched to check on a male complaining of neck pain.
