Deputies conducted a high risk traffic stop near the intersection of Unaweep Ave and 27 3/8 Road. Nearby Orchard Mesa Middle School was placed on a shelter-in-place during the incident, with staff seen quickly moving students inside. Deputies took the vehicle occupants safely into custody. Shelter-in-place was lifted at the school.
