Fire/EMS and law enforcement units responded around 2:23 a.m. after callers reported a woman with knives near the Starbucks, in the area of Dos Rios Drive and Riverside Parkway. Dispatch described a white female in her 20s–30s carrying two kitchen knives and walking westbound in the street. Radio traffic indicated the woman reportedly stabbed herself a few times. Officers detained the female and EMS is transporting the female to the hospital.
