A vehicle vs scooter crash was reported about 10:25 a.m. in the area of Patterson Road and 25 1/2 Road. Radio traffic indicated a male patient was found lying on the north side of the roadway. Fire and EMS crews reported he was conscious and breathing and complaining of head and elbow pain with no obvious bleeding. Responders requested traffic control for westbound Patterson Road due to congestion, and the medical response was later reduced to a routine response.
