The Mesa County Coroner’s Office and local law enforcement are investigating the death of 26-year-old Beau Wise, who was found deceased on Monday, December 8, 2025. Wise had been residing at an encampment near the intersection of 28 Road and the I-70 Business Loop in Grand Junction.
Authorities responded to the scene, and an autopsy later conducted by the Coroner’s Office revealed no concerning injuries. The cause of death remains undetermined pending further specialized testing.
