A mental health-related disturbance was reported around 1:35 p.m. at the I-70B overpass at Teller Avenue and 29 Road. Grand Junction Police units and Grand Junction Fire Station 2 responded.
Radio traffic indicated a female in apparent mental distress on the overpass who was initially without shoes and later removed all clothing. Officers located the woman on the southwest corner of 29 Road and Teller Avenue.
