Police are out on a mental health disturbance at an apartment complex on Peppermill Street and 28 1/4 Road. A male resident was threatening self harm activity. Officers on scene de-escalated the situation and made contact with the male. Radio traffic did not indicate any injuries.
Law enforcement has responded to the complex several times today for similar incidents.
