Two vehicle crash reported at the intersection of Ute Avenue and South 12th Street. The crash was witnessed by a passing ambulance that stopped to assist. One vehicle involved rolled onto its roof with one occupant trapped, but was able to be freed. All 3 lanes of Ute Avenue are blocked by the crash. Police and additional EMS crews are on scene.
