Two vehicle head-on collision reported just west east of 23 Road on Highway 6 & 50. Witnesses stated blue sedan traveling eastbound crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck a Jeep traveling westbound. Law enforcement is detouring traffic in the area. At least one person is reported in critical condition.
