Fire crews are out at an apartment complex at North Avenue and North 23rd Street for the report of a possible fire. No flames were seen. One elderly male is complaining of possible smoke inhalation and is being evaluated by EMS. Firefighters on scene are investigating the incident.
Update: Fire crews determined this was more of a medical incident than a fire incident. Engines are clearing the scene and returning to stations.
