A disturbance / medical call was reported around 11:20 a.m. in the Walgreens parking lot at 2900 North Ave. Multiple callers reported a man passed out behind the wheel of a red and silver Grand Cherokee in front of the store. The vehicle was running with the subject’s foot on the gas pedal and was reportedly accelerating in park. Radio traffic did not indicate if the issue was medical related. Police are on scene investigating.
