GRAND JUNCTION, CO — A 29-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday after fleeing the scene of a crash where her vehicle struck a house on Arlington Drive earlier this month, leading officers to discover distribution amounts of narcotics inside the abandoned car.

On April 3, 2026, at approximately 2:30 p.m., an officer with the Grand Junction Police Department was on routine patrol on Unaweep Avenue when they observed a vehicle rapidly accelerating away.
