
A vehicle crash was reported around 7:55 p.m. to the area of 23 Rd and Hwy 6&50 after callers reported a white Cadillac SUV veering into oncoming traffic and striking a telephone pole. Grand Junction Police were sent to the scene.
Radio traffic indicated the SUV was occupied by two elderly people, a pole was down and glass was scattered across the roadway. Callers said the vehicle jumped the median and later crashed again at 23 Rd and Hwy 6&50. Officers are in contact with both occupants and no injuries were reported.
