CLIFTON, CO — An 18-year-old woman was arrested Thursday night after allegedly assaulting a juvenile near Hall Court.
On May 28, at approximately 8:07 p.m., Mesa County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of a juvenile who had been assaulted near the 3200 block of Hall Court in Clifton.
According to authorities, the juvenile was transported to a local hospital by family members for treatment. Deputies interviewed the victim at the hospital and subsequently began searching the area of the initial incident for the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Savana Desimone of Clifton.
Deputies located Desimone at a nearby residence and took her into custody without incident. She was transported to the Mesa County Detention Facility and booked on the following charge:
- Third-Degree Assault (Class 1 Misdemeanor)
