A single-vehicle rollover was reported about 12:23 p.m. on West Independent Avenue near Rimrock Avenue. Law enforcement and EMS responded with lights and sirens to the scene.
Radio traffic indicated a Jeep was on its side with a 17-year-old female trapped inside. She was conscious and breathing and complained of elbow pain; medics on scene said extrication might be needed. Fire crews on scene are cutting the roof off the vehicle to extract the occupant.
