Law enforcement responded about 10:20 p.m. to Linda Lane and Orchard Avenue after an officer spotted a suspect with an outstanding warrant. The male was uncooperative and was held at gunpoint by officers.
The male was taken safely into custody. Radio transmissions indicated the suspect had an outstanding felony warrant out of Grand Junction for homicide. No injuries were reported.
