A sheriff foot pursuit was reported at about 12:31 a.m. near F Road and I-70B. Radio traffic indicated a taser deployment was confirmed and the subject was detained. An EMS unit was paged to check the suspect for injuries. Suspect was previously in the area of the Sinclair station possibly attempting to break-in. The male ran from law enforcement when they attempted to contact him.
