A structure fire was reported shortly after 2:10 p.m. in the area of Bean Ranch Road and Eagle Trail Court, west of Highway 50. Multiple fire engines, brush trucks, water tenders, and EMS units were dispatched.
Radio traffic indicated multiple callers reported dark, black smoke and that the blaze may involve a modular/mobile home and multiple motor homes near the 8500 block of Bean Ranch Road. Crews were working to gain access. No injuries were currently reported.
Update 2:40 p.m.: Crews are working to extinguish several outbuildings and vehicles that are on fire. The property seems to contain lots of debris. Additional water tenders were dispatched from Palisade and East Orchard Mesa.
