
A hit-and-run crash was reported around 4:35 p.m. at G Road and 23 1/2 Road near Community Hospital. Fire and EMS crews responded with lights and sirens.
A 33-year-old woman in a blue-gray Hyundai Tucson was conscious and breathing and had a cut on her forehead after the airbags deployed. Witnesses reported that a white SUV left the scene eastbound on G Road. Law enforcement is investigating.
Update: Law enforcement and EMS are dispatched to the Walgreens near 1st and Patterson for a damaged vehicle with airbag deployment in the parking lot. The incident is possibly related.
