A vehicle-versus-dirt-bike crash was reported about 1:28 p.m. at Highway 65 and KE Road near the Wagon Wheel. Fire, EMT, sheriff’s deputies and Colorado State Patrol were dispatched, with rescue crews responding with lights and sirens.
Witnesses later reported as a red sport motorcycle.
The rider was initially reported trapped beneath an older Chevrolet Tahoe but later got out and was conscious and breathing. Radio traffic indicated the rider had a nosebleed and was standing and talking with the other party. Authorities are investigating.
