A three-vehicle crash was reported around 4:10 p.m. Sept. 4 in front of Grease Monkey on North Avenue near 29 Road. Fire and EMS crews responded after at least one person was reported injured and a van involved in the crash caught fire.
A woman reportedly hit her head on the windshield. The van fire was extinguished with a fire extinguisher, and firefighters requested an additional ambulance with lights and sirens. No further injuries were confirmed in the scanner traffic.
