Lower Valley Fire crews responded shortly after 9:05 a.m. to Family Health West Primary Care on Kokopelli Boulevard for a reported electrical fire in a pump room. Initial reports indicated smoke and possible flames, while people attempted to extinguish the problem and evacuate the two-story commercial building.
The building was fully evacuated. Crews later reported no active fire and attributed the incident to an equipment malfunction. Firefighters remained on scene to ventilate smoke from the building. No injuries were reported in the scanner traffic.
