A blue Subaru Outback drove into a canal near B 1/2 Road and 28 Road at approximately 7:36 p.m. Fire, EMS and law enforcement units responded to the scene. An elderly female driver was reported safely out of the vehicle and out of the canal. No injuries were reported, but medical personnel were checking her as a precaution.
