Grand Junction police responded shortly after 11 p.m. to the El Palomino Motel in the 2400 block of North Avenue for reports of an uncooperative male involved in a physical incident. Officers conducted a high-risk response after locating the male near the motel.
The male was detained without further incident. EMS was dispatched for a male with difficulty breathing. No further information was available.
