A three-vehicle crash was reported around 2:25 p.m. Oct. 13 near the Maverick on Sun King Way along I-70B. The collision involved a truck, a gray GMC SUV and a bright blue Jeep. Emergency crews and law enforcement responded, with initial units using lights and sirens.
One person was injured and transported to St. Mary’s Hospital. Other occupants were out of the vehicles and walking around. Two vehicles remained on the roadway, while a Northstar towing vehicle was off the road. A tow truck was requested, and the crash remained under investigation.
