Pedestrian riding a bicycle or unicycle suffered major injuries when they crashed in the area of N 15th St and Texas Avenue. Rider was not conscious but was breathing when police arrived. The rider was transported to St Mary’s Hospital. Police are checking for camera footage in the area to see if any vehicles were involved in the incident.
