An intoxicated mother caused a small single vehicle accident in the parking lot at Scenic Elementary in the Redlands. No injuries reported. Staff is attempting to contact the female suspect who was last seem “pulling her pants down” in the parking lot. Colorado State Patrol will be responsible for handling this incident.
