An erratic woman high on meth is pulling all the fire alarms, smashing things, and swinging around a metal pole. Fire was originally dispatched for the fire alarm, then followed by multiple residents calling police regarding the suspects behavior. Police are reporting that the suspect, Sabrina Baker, went back in her apartment and was refusing to answer the door. Another resident stated that the suspect also threatened a person with a hammer.
