Single vehicle accident, went off embankment into rocks, mile marker 35 on Highway 65 on the Mesa. Female occupant in her 70s is currently reporting minor to moderate injuries to dispatchers. A passerby has helped the victim out of her car and into another vehicle until an ambulance arrives. Accident was likely caused by ice and snow conditions on the Mesa.
